Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For deliveries within Austria, we do not charge shipping costs if the order value is over 19€.
For deliveries to Germany we currently charge 9.90€ shipping fee, for other European countries we charge 12€ shipping fee.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reached your destination country. Hedera d.o.o and Apipet Shop are not responsible for these charges if they occur and are your responsibility as a customer.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of the order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. If you did not provide your email address at checkout, you will not receive shipping information.

If you have not received your order within X days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at apipet@apipet.shop with your name and order number and we will take care of it.


Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after ordering . We will refund you the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You can request a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with our products without any explanation. Just send us an email to apipet@apipet.shop.
